Biography Gary Scott was born in Nebraska, then grew up and was educated in central Iowa. Traveled and worked in Helsinki Finland in the early 70’s before returning to the USA and enrolling at a local community college and later graduated from NEC with an Associates degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, and Communications with a GPA 0f 3.80. After graduation the school hired me to teach several computer and electronic classes and run the schools bookstore, library and student tutoring program. Has lived in Marshalltown, Iowa, for more than 30 years and traveled to the Des Moines area for most of time ether in training or his career.
