The Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago (MSI), one of the largest science museums in the world, offers world-class and uniquely interactive experiences that inspire inventive genius and foster curiosity. From groundbreaking and award-winning exhibits that can t be found anywhere else, to hands-on opportunities that make guests the scientist a visit to MSI is where fun and learning mix.

For over three decades, I have made it my mission to create immersive, enriching visitor experiences in values-based organizations across the country. I've done this with one goal in mind: imparting essential lessons about our local communities, nation, and the world to individuals of all ages, across all communities. At the core of my approach to managing a flourishing organization are innovation, community engagement, widespread access to high-quality learning experiences, and collaboration. Additionally, throughout my career, I have made it a priority to mentor young women. Ensuring they have the supports and structures they need to fulfill their professional and personal potential— and transform our society. Presently, I serve as the President and CEO at The Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago. I am proud to have the distinguished honor and responsibility of being named the first woman and Black American to lead this remarkable institution. MSI has welcomed more than 190 million visitors since its opening in 1933 and is one of the largest science museums in the world. I also strive to support museums' growth worldwide in my role as vice-chair of the American Alliance of Museums—and past work as the Association of Science-Technology Centers' board chair.
