Work history since 2000. IT from 2003, worked in various technologies, 17 years of experience in Information Technology encompassing the roles of Software Engineer, Business Systems Analyst, and in Salesforce as Lead, Architect, Developer and Administrator with extensive senior management exposure, working closely with EDs, MDs, VPs, and at all levels in the internal and external solution design teams. I’m experienced in all phases of the Project Life Cycle and numerous implementations of enterprise level applications and committed to excellence, quick-learner, and team-player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. I have an ability to adapt to the changing company’s culture and I quickly learn from my past failures. I’m a learner by heart and a hard-working professional. I have been told many times that I have an uncanny ability to identify and quickly solve business problems. I work better even under pressure and am a good team player. I have a tendency to motivate my colleagues when needed to get things done on time. Few things that have motivated me in the past are like a challenge and an achievement from solving a complex problem, recognition of my work, and so on.
