With over 20 years in the industry, I have a comprehensive understanding of mortgage banking with experience in loan origination, processing, closing, underwriting, and construction/rehab lending. I've worked with Risk Management and have experience in loss mitigation including collections, workouts, loan modifications, and other default strategies. I also have extensive knowledge and understanding of the construction/perm and renovation loan process. Currently working for Movement Mortgage, a top 10 purchase loan originator in the United States. As one of the fastest growing companies in the industry, we employ over 4,000 employees in 47 states. In 2016, we financed 1 out of every 60 home purchasers, totaling $12 billion in originations. Our non-profit, the Movement Foundation, has invested more than $17 million in community causes.
