I am a passionate visionary leader focused on innovation, change and business process transformation. I have spent twenty five years working with teams in a variety of industries to achieve higher levels of performance. I believe emotionally in continuous improvement, collaboration and the importance of constant and ongoing cultivation of knowledge, skill, process, procedure and passion to drive results. My experience working in athletics, secondary and higher education, manufacturing, banking, and housing financial services has given me unique exposure to diverse sectors of the economy. Executing leadership roles in sales, marketing, operations, quality management, human resources, and technology has provided a great education regarding the antecedents of high performance. In the current economy there is no sustainable competitive advantage to be achieved, only a daily invitation to invest in toward innovation and execution. As an executive and client partner I am focused on creating the conditions, systems and processes that enables tangible transformation to be achieved in reasonable timeframes. I believe that it is at the nexus of disruptive thinking, disciplined execution, and highly motivated and passionate people that great things are achieved.
