Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) designs, develops and markets analog and mixed-signal semiconductors. The Company combines process technology with its analog designers to produce power management integrated circuits (ICs) for direct current (DC) to DC converters, light emitting diode (LED) drivers, cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) backlight controllers, Class-D audio amplifiers and other linear ICs. Its products are used in computing and network communications products, flat panel televisions (TVs), set top boxes and a variety of consumer and portable electronics products. The Company focuses on the market for high performance analog and mixed-signal ICs. It has three primary product families that address multiple applications within the computing, consumer electronics and communications markets and these are DC to DC Converters, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Backlight Inverters and Audio Amplifiers.

During my managerial career, I’ve acquired many skills and much supervisory knowledge. I believe these abilities, coupled with my 10+ years of management experience, make me a strong candidate for this position. On top of those mentioned things, I’m also honored to have important achievements including: •Set the standard ITIL for team to define the direction of the service provider with a clear capability model and aligns them to the business and customer needs. •25+ years hands-on experience (included Fortune 500 level, like Cisco, Marvell, Monolithic Power Systems) of demonstrating success managing Network, Storage, Servers, Security, Data Center and IT Services. •15+ years of working history on developing Infrastructure cross regions, countries. •Bring a successful ITSM & ITOM tool (ServiceNow) to corporate, not only limit to IT Team. •Engaged and listen to users, built up service structure based on business outcomes, and develop meaningful metrics, dashboards for regular review and improvements. •Meet regularly with business management and systems users to assess and review their satisfaction with IT services and performance against SLA’s. •Coordinate with Finance and Legal departments on ISO27001 assessments, implements, auditing and certified. •Invest deeply in IAM/PAM technologies that solve the most critical business or audit problems. •Rollout SaaS based on various Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Office 365/VoIP), cover them with MFA/SSO and API scripts for tied system integrations and auditing reports. •Demonstrated effectiveness in analyzing client systems to identify technology gaps and structure quality solutions that increase productivity, reduce costs, avert systems failure, and heighten risk management capabilities. •Proven track record in guiding teams in the design, expansion, and launch of solution (OKRs framework), driving greater efficiencies and productivities through focus, alignment and clarity. •Established effective partnerships with external suppliers, vendors, VAR, ensuring there was a shared vision and priorities and effective ways of working as appropriate. •An excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure and agile project managements, including coordinate delivery of cutting-edge technical solutions and support to clients of dedicated provider of information systems. •Be able to manage and measure work in a professional manner and ensuring that all agreed performance targets and high standards are consistently met. •Solid management skills, capable of leading, motoring, training, and motivating individuals.
