I find true pleasure and fulfillment going for incremental growth in all I do; being it a 1-1 conversation with a co-worker or running a long-term cross-functional project with company-wide impact. There is no such thing as status quo. I'll be the one challenging it. Quite often, I'll ask that difficult why-question, or what if...? Because I believe in possibilities, rather than boundaries.
