Nelson Eng is a Chairman1st Executive Partner at Frontenac, a Chicago based Private Equity Firm. He previously served as President & CEO, Board Director, and Advisor to the Board Of Directors of Milestone Technologies. Mr. Eng is an accomplished CEO, Fortune 100+ C-Level Operating, Strategy, Corporate Development, and M&A executive, NYSE listed company President and Section 16 Officer, and Board Director. With over 30 years of experience at Enterprise, Middle Market, and Private Equity owned IT Services/Consulting, Enterprise Software, FinTech, Payment Processing, HW, and Technology Enabled Business and Managed Services companies with global operations, he has established a reputation and public track record of driving profitable growth, while scaling and transforming a variety of Information Technology companies in building shareholder value. Prior to Milestone, Mr. Eng was Chief Strategy Officer/Chief Development Officer, and direct report to the CEO at Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) which acquired the Enterprise Services Business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) to form DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) a $26 billion IT Services company. In this role he led the company's transformation/repositioning strategy as well as the company's portfolio rebalancing efforts as Head of M&A with 19 non-core divestitures/10 strategic acquisitions/3 joint ventures in 4 continents over 3 years with an aggregate deal value > $10.2 billion. Previously as the President, #2 executive, direct report to the Chairman/CEO, and Section 16 Officer at eFunds Corporation (NYSE: EFD) a 5,800 employee technology enabled business services company operating in over 80 countries, Mr. Eng led a dramatic improvement in operating performance and stock price driven by renewed revenue growth, the execution and integration of strategic acquisitions, rationalization of non-core assets, and cost reductions. Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS) acquired eFunds in September, 2007 for approximately $1.8 billion (13.7X TTM EBITDA); a >50% premium. Mr. Eng has held global senior executive roles, with P&L responsibility and successful operating experience growing > $2 billion businesses in the Americas, Europe, Middle East/Africa, Asia-Pacific at Dell, Siebel, Oracle, FTSE 100 Technology Software Company Misys PLC, and IBM; where he began his career as a Marketing Rep Trainee after graduating Beta Gamma Sigma from NYU Stern School of Business.
