I have been in the management consulting field for over 25 years spanning multiple industries and geographies. While I started in technology, I currently support the full life cycle of management consulting projects exclusively to the US government. In October 2014, I joined The MIL Corporation to lead its Corporate Business Development team focused on growing its portfolio of federal clients and services. I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in June 2016 with expanded responsibilities to include oversight of all business sectors, proposals and marketing, human resources, and recruiting. In 2012, I founded HPT Advisory Services (HPT) as an economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB) to provide management consulting services to the federal government. Prior to HPT, I led PwC's federal government pursuits, engagements, and consulting team members in the Atlanta metropolitan region. We delivered quality services to our federal clients that focused on projects that supported the efficiency of their internal operations and demonstrated the value and impact of the public taxpayers dollars at work. Atlanta metropolitan clients included the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Fish and Wildlife Service, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Internal Revenue Service.
