As you have read in my resume my experiences are extremely vast, I started working with The Ravens Group in 2006 as a Recruiting Manager with the opportunity to also do Project Management and Business Development. I have had the chance to work with clients and candidates all over the US and overseas from entry level administrators to scientists at NIH and endless veterans. Keeping in contact with my former clients and developing relationships is something I pride myself on and find to be extremely important as well as a lifelong resource. I have had the great opportunity of learning that Government Contracting agencies are a dime a dozen in the DMV area but what separates success is the face of the company which lies directly on employee relations and the team as a whole. My father himself is a Retired Disabled Veteran so having the opportunity to work directly with the Pentagon, Walter Reed, NIH and many other DOD agencies has been more rewarding than I could have ever imagined, it has opened endless doors and has molded me in my career path. With that said I am an extrovert and enjoy very much working with people from all walks of life. My clients, candidates, and former coworkers would tell you I make things happen and am a go getter! Having had the chance to staff and manage The Wounded Warrior Project along with having a direct impact on bringing that contract to the table was one of my biggest accomplishments. My team and I had a month to do this with Obama coming into presidency. I enjoy being pushed out of my comfort zone and challenged. I look forward to future opportunities with your company.
