I am interested in solving problems that help teams and organizations do what they do better, often through web based software applications. I enjoy working closely with teams, understanding complex problems, and helping to develop solutions that deliver measurable impact to a business or problem. I am also passionate about understanding how to help people do their best work, establishing excellent communication between different teams, and learning more about building great teams. In the past, I've accomplished these things by: - Growing and managing a small business for 8 years, building teams and setting strategy - Developing software in different environments, working closely with the users - Shipping software that is used and tested all over the world (and even in space!) - Building teams to reach long-term and short-term goals
