I lead several software engineering teams across Europe at Microsoft Commercial Software Engineering (CSE). We are continuously hiring engineers, technical program managers and data scientists globally. My leader of leaders / dev manager role revolves around: -advising and taking accountability on my teams’ customer facing software engineering work, design, architecture and processes -coaching and empowering our engineering managers and tech leads -hiring and onboarding new team members -owning and contributing to global initiatives (customer, technical, engineering process, hiring and onboarding, customer excellence) -keeping fit through hands on development and architecture work together with our teams and customers In addition to working with exciting customers and emerging technology, I enjoy mentoring others and helping people grow their careers.
