Over 30 years of product development and formulation, including skincare and color cosmetics as well as high end hair products. Manage Laboratory staff and guide project development from raw material selection to marketing claims for new products. Work with regulatory departments to make sure all claims are verifiable. Work with production to improve scale-up and mixing directions. Trouble shoot problems with production batches Work with quality department to develop appropriate test methods for various products Have a close relationship with the marketing group to brain storm and create new product concepts Meet with vendors to be at the forefront of ingredients technology and approve new raw materials
