Career Highlights: • Directed the entire construction and remodeling phase of Pound & Pence Restaurant in NYC and Steelé in Boca Raton, FL. • Planned and executed (event design, logistics, staffing, vendor sourcing, budgeting) Oktoberfest and Dine Around Town in Lower Manhattan with attendance exceeding 3,000 guests. • Hosted annual luncheon for 9/11 families and friends at Pound & Pence. • Partnered with Sunglass Hut during Electrify Your Summer party serving over 5,000 guests at The High Line in NYC in June 2015. • Acted as a consultant on several new concepts development in New York and Florida spearheading the hiring and training of staff and management, menu development, and the implementation of SOP’s and policies. • Rebranded and launched Steelé, an Italian restaurant in Boca Raton, FL within two weeks of takeover in January 2004.
