I spent 35 years in the financial services industry (1976-2012). Between 1976 and 1989 I worked in the life insurance business as top salesman for my company, and later I managed two district offices for the same company - with both offices being inducted into my company's Hall of Fame. Since 1989 I've worked in several positions in the "bank channel" of product distribution. I enjoyed recruiting and developing talented people who have high integrity and a desire to perform at the top level.
