Glenda works with fast growth companies in the technology sector as a corporate director and advisor. She serves as an Independent Director for Mellanox Technologies (MLNX), Energy Focus (EFOI) and Mirametrix a technology startup in Montreal. Glenda is an Operating Advisor to OMERS Private Equity and is on the Strategic Advisory board for BDC's Industrial, Clean Tech and Energy group. Her interests are helping businesses drive growth through a market-driven strategy, superior customer engagement and effective operations supported by with solid governance and great teams. Glenda has a broad technology sector base from Software to Hardware, Services and Systems with specific expertise in Telecommunications, Enterprise, Mobility and Consumer sectors.Glenda has served on public company boards since 1998. She also engages actively with fast-growth private technology companies who have an established product set and need to expand globally to scale their business.With executive experience from IBM and Intel and CEO experience in three growth technology businesses, Glenda's strengths are in strategic planning, P&L management, Corporate Governance , M&A and global Business Development.Glenda is a Charter Member of the Council of 100 (thec100.org) and belongs to the National Association of Corporate Directors. She also serves as a Trustee on the board of the San Jose Museum of Art.
