After having served in a variety of legal and management roles in the financial services industry, including at major bulge bracket firms (Bank of America and Banc of America Securities), up and coming broker dealer/investment bank (Cantor Fitzgerald) and the buy side (Brevet Capital), now serves as general counsel for a clinical research organization in the pharmaceutical industry. Transaction execution experience includes all manner of financing transactions both in the US and abroad (including, syndicated loans, structured credit products, private equity, PIPEs, NPLs, life settlements, debtor-in-possession financing, specialty finance, commercial finance, ABLs, aircraft leasing and finance, trade and bankruptcy claims, FX trading, derivatives and swaps). Experience overseeing enterprise business planning, expense control, business strategy and architecture, supervision, compliance, legal and infrastructure design encompassing trading support and risk management systems. Experience developing, implementing, validating, and managing financial services company budgets and strategic plans, risk management infrastructure, fixed income and FX operating platforms, broker dealer and investment manager compliance, and trading and portfolio management technology. History of collaborative interfacing with business partners in legal, compliance, technology, finance, operations, audit, and risk management functions.
