-Lead associate in private equity and public M&A transactions, ranging from $20 million to $15 billion in deal value.-Significant experience negotiating and drafting operative deal documents, including merger agreements, purchase and sale agreements, stockholders agreements and management arrangements. -Point person for coordination amongst the deal teams, including legal specialists, accountants and other client representatives. -Run diligence teams to assess potential investments; analyze contracts for potential risk and value. -Maintain internal deal database tracking the 'market' provisions for PE/M&A deals.
