My role as a Senior Human Resources Manager allows me to contribute to our People organization in a variety of ways. I pride myself on blending a strategic approach with a collaborative spirit, a leader able to rally teams around a shared vision. As a member of our Corporate HR team, I leverage my operations background to effectively partner with other leaders around the company to solve today's and tomorrow's challenges, particularly around talent management and organizational design. It's exciting work that plays an integral role in our aim to further cement our position as a premier supplier and publisher of industrial information for decades to come. I love working at McMaster-Carr because my colleagues are whip smart, engaged and approachable. While our people are driven, the culture is still collaborative and friendly. I always feel challenged to do my best work, which has kept me engaged even after 8 years. Outside of work, I love to travel, try new foods, do puzzles of all kinds and read new fiction. I also like to stay active by biking and walking around my Chicago neighborhood.
