I am a passionate mentor, mentee, mom, wife, and construction professional. I am thankful to be part of an industry of incredible substance, creativity and the most dedicated individuals. My career in construction started as a teen, working alongside my brothers for my dad's family construction company, my days were filled with operating equipment, installing finishes, and preparing estimates and billings. I looked up to and learned from my dads work ethic and pride for building. My career has changed a lot from those days working for a small family business, to managing work on large complex projects, guiding teams, deepening culture and driving strategy across several market types. After working through college and interning for a few construction companies, in 2006 I joined McCarthy, a 100% employee owned company built on the core values; Genuine, All-in, and We not I. Throughout my years at McCarthy my managers, co-workers and mentors at McCarthy have fostered my career and filled my days with challenging work on the most exciting projects. Throughout my career a few things remains the same, my love and passion for this industry and the joy I experience working with exceptionally talented and driven teams.
