Patricia plays a multi-faceted role as MB Real Estate's chief operating officer and general counsel. She is a trusted advisor to the CEO and her colleagues on the executive board. She provides effective advice on the company’s strategies and their implementations, focusing on the financial strength and operating efficiency of the firm. A driving force behind the company’s culture, Patricia draws from her experience in building vibrant corporate structures which advance the interests of both the firm and its employees while serving the interests of the clients. Patricia's experience in the commercial real estate industry includes her tenure as the Commercial Director of London-based Bovis Ltd. (now a part of Lend Lease) where she directed public-private partnerships with governmental agencies, joint-venture partners, and financial entities in the UK and abroad. In this role, she lead the firm’s development of large-scale infrastructure projects, including privately financed water treatment plants in China and Malaysia as well as National Health Service Hospitals in the United Kingdom. Her previous role at Bovis as the international group's General Counsel and Director of Corporate Administration involved working in 20 countries.
