Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group are an independent UK group and a leading aerospace player, which is famed and respected for service quality, technical excellence, flexibility and reliability. As an independent service provider, Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group specializes in transformation, modification, overhaul and support services (conversion, modification, maintenance and support) for military, civilian and commercial aircraft.

Gary is currently Managing Director of Marshall Land Systems. He initially joined Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) in 2009 before moving to Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group in 2011 and became Finance & IT Director in 2015. In 2019 he took over executive responsibility for leading strategy for MADG before taking on roles as Interim CEO for the MADG business and Chief Strategy Officer for the Marshall group of companies in 2021. Gary started his career with HBOS and went on to join Ernst & Young where he ultimately became a Senior Manager specialising in audit where he counted several large Aerospace and Defence and Financial Service customers as his clients.
