Human Capital Management and Payroll expert. Have completed ERP conversion/implementations for professional services firm and public employers. Detailed knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, ACA. Strong background in the rest of state and federal employment laws and regulations. Expertise in: •Gathering business requirements; Assess and present solutions through use of ERP and best of class systems •Define business and operations requirements and system goals working with decision makers and end users •Develop and implement ERP functionality to meet business and operational requirements as well as legal mandates. •Monitor system upgrades and new functionality rollouts. •Test system health when impactful upgrades/patches are rolled out •Conducting in-depth tests for modified and new systems and applications •Create and maintain end user documentation and procedure manuals •Full range training for end users •Assisting users in resolving problems and answering questions. •Performing database inquires and audits to verify system integrity
