I am currently the Corporate Chief Financial and Accounting Officer for LSC Communications. I was previously the Corporate Controller and SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Director for LSC Communications. Prior to joining LSC Communications, I was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Assurance Services practice, working with large multinational companies in the manufacturing, oil & gas, mining & metals, and utilities industry sectors with both U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements. I spent 8 years in the London office and 5 years in the Chicago office. I am a Certified Public Accountant with an Illinois license and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Specialties: U.S. GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, lease accounting, revenue recognition, acquisitions (M&A support, acquisition accounting and post deal integration) and process improvement.
