I am a Sr. Director of Talent Attraction at Guidewire Software, a leading provider of software solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry. With over 22 years of professional recruiting experience, I have developed expertise in sourcing, hiring, and retaining executive and technical talent in the InsurTech, SaaS, and engineering sectors. In my current role, I lead the TA teams in North America and APAC, responsible for driving the full life cycle of our candidates from attraction to hire, while also implementing best practices, process improvement, workforce planning, candidate experience, talent development, and metrics. I also created and lead the global executive interview sourcing, hiring, and best practice program, partnering with the C-suite and business unit leaders to drive talent solutions across the firm.
