With over 10 years of experience as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales Operations & Services, I am responsible for all aspects of the global sales operations and services organization, including pricing, compensation plan creation and maintenance, consulting services, program management, customer success and technical support. Utilizing my extensive background in sales operations, finance operations, and contract negotiation, I help manage strategic initiatives, guide sales process, establish key performance metrics, analyze trends, and build and transform teams. A key part of my role also includes enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of the sales and service organizations by establishing enablement curriculum's, creating solution messaging, supporting campaign plans, and communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams. I’ve had the opportunity to play key roles in the strategic planning, diligence, assimilation and integration of critical systems and processes for nine mergers/ acquisitions during my tenure with Skillsoft. In my 20+ years in a B2B software environment, I’ve achieved operational efficiencies through technology upgrades, process improvements and by centralizing significant accounting functions. I’ve maximized performance, developed talent, and worked to achieve critical company objectives by providing clear objective-based goals and incentives and providing positively reinforced team recognition.
