In the 4 years as CEO of TQE Marketing, the organization tripled in revenue, earnings increased by more than a multiple of 10; all while eliminating a sales team. The company began serving in our community, abroad and with our clients to support AIDS orphans in Kenya. TQE become one of the top 100 places to work in Oregon and created a company culture, in a high turn over industry, that only lost two employees (one to an MBA program).
