Directed strategic planning within Program Area for sponsor engagement across DOD, DHS and USG to maximize growth. Responsible for execution of Strategic Partnership Program portfolio which included directed energy component technologies and systems, power electronics, LIDAR, radar, High Performance Computing based network and discrete event simulation, software optimization, electronic warfare technologies, collaborative autonomy and high speed opto-electronic devices. Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary, multiorganization technical projects from low technology readiness level to system prototype.  Subject Matter Expert in RF systems, pulsed power, electron beam devices, program management, semiconductor materials and device physics and ionizing radiation detectors.
