Justin Leggett is a versatile technologist who leads digital marketing and media services teams to create multi-platform campaigns that strengthen brand identity and customer loyalty. Among Justin’s career highlights: - Lead the first two website redesigns within 8 years for LifeBridge Health. - Altered the focus of the LifeBridge Health site from a physician focus to a more customer-centric website. - Implemented call tracking software with 2500+ inbound calls tracked calls for the initial campaign & 50% were appointment requests. - Directed the implementation of unique tracking by channel and geo-location for employee recruitment campaigns. This data will help to determine the success of the campaign, as well as provide ROI. - Implemented Salesforce CRM with an integration with Cerner and also into the LifeBridge Health website. Established ROI reporting for all Marketing campaigns and reporting is automatically being published to Tableau for the Marketing team and Executives. - Established Journey Mapping for multiple departments to increase brand awareness & appointment opportunities. - Developed a unique tracking system for new hires to not only determine the most effective channel of marketing, but to also establish cost savings for the organization. - Established a streamlined process for job request submissions and job assignments, reducing the backlogged que of 700 projects by 65% in six months.
