Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager

Broad based Human Resource management in both union and non-union environments; Extensive knowledge of employment law and federal/state regulations, employee relations and investigations; Leadership development and succession planning initiatives; Training program design and implementation; Proven ability to build trust with employees and influence leaders at all levels, including C suite; Recruiting, on-boarding and retention; Healthcare benefit interpretation and administration; Development of policies and procedures; Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Multi-site Human Resources support, including international assignees; Experience supporting employees in the following industries/environments: call center, manufacturing, retail, utilities, building materials; Leading and implementation of HR projects to include process improvements.
