My executive search experience spans over 20 years with exposure to Corporate, Contingent and Retained Recruitment across a diverse mix of practices: Consumer Packaged Goods, Regulatory Affairs, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources and Engineering.My successful career in recruiting Sales Leaders and Sales Professional's in the Building Products and nutrition/pharmaceutical marketplaces led me to greater responsibilities in my career. I successfully partnered in the restructuring of Abbott's entire approach to attracting, qualifying, profiling and recruiting sales professionals as well as being a leader in the drive to improve diversity recruiting and hiring. Throughout my management career I have been coached and developed to possess a natural affinity and talent in interviewing and recruiting, this coupled with my entrepreneurial spirit enabled me to move to a leadership role with The Garland Company, an award winning and employee owned commercial roofing manufactuer.I continued my executive search career and joined LEAF FILTER at their corporate headquarters in Hudson Ohio. As Vice President of Talent I hope to bring a high level, global perspective to this amazing organization. I plan to be a key contributor to their continued rapid growth, M&A strategy and organizational culture.I have further utilized my coaching skills by mentoring children and adults through my work with Special Olympics and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
