This is achieved via mentoring and the creation of improved processes, policies and operational standards. I am passionate about equality across the team, giving a voice to all levels of staff not just the top. I drive and facilitate shared practices and behaviours that can be adopted by all. Outside the office, I am heavily involved in the community, in particular, I have a passion for ensuring water safety and education from an early age.
