Adept at devising and implementing coherent HR strategies while improving internal processes and systems within a demanding environment in multi-locational, multicultural set-ups. Presently heading HR for Larsen & Toubro’s Metallurgical & Material Handling IC which undertakes turnkey EPC projects in Metal industries (Fe, Non-Fe, Alumina, Copper), Bulk Material Handling Projects for Mines, Ports, Power Plants etc. across India, MENA, KSA regions and manufacturing of Industrial Machinery (Factories near Rourkela & Chennai). My specialities include Strategic HR, Change Management, Leadership Pipeline Development and Key Talent Acquisition.
