Technology Professional with 25 years experience in IT and 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry. The first half of my career was dedicated to software development and the last 14 years has been spent managing IT systems in a GxP environment and working with small teams of technical experts on fun and innovative projects. I’ve managed and owned operational and capital budgets, worked with and presented to executive leadership. My proudest achievements include managing the divestiture of multiple company sites, simultaneously implementing Salesforce, Qlik Sense, and a new data warehouse to the entire organization, and multiple computer system validation projects. I’m a strong business partner and collaborator and can work with multiple cross-functional teams. I have managed teams of up to five direct reports and projects with more than twenty people in the core team. Throughout my career I have been exposed to a variety of technologies and systems including Laboratory Management Systems, CRM, O365, LX ERP, Okta, SAP, Great Plains and virtual technologies. I have created and implemented multiple standard operating procedures including IT usage policies and security policies. I still love to code and have technical knowledge that helps me translate user requirements to the technical teams and technical jargon back to senior executives.
