I'm a passionate People leader who loves all things coaching, mentoring - and, yes - even having difficult conversations in order to help others grow. I enjoy collecting and analyzing data for insights, as evidenced by my color coded spreadsheets for tracking ratings of any new recipes I've cooked. I'm a strong believer in the importance of consistent, kind leadership with a healthy dose of humor. For me that includes sharing my passion for the Eurovision Song Contest and the story of my former life as an Egyptologist.
