From an early age growing up on my family’s farm, I developed a passion for both agriculture and machinery. I remember as a child my father telling me that someday tractors would drive themselves, which left me devastated since all I ever wanted to do was drive a tractor. But I never gave up on that dream and have made it my life’s work to be a leader in the industry. Today, I look back on more than three decades of agriculture experience simply in awe of the growth we’ve experienced as an industry. At Kubota, we’re celebrating 50 years in the U.S., and what began with one tractor model has grown to more than 200+ machines to help you accomplish more. I’m grateful for the important role our equipment plays in farming and food production, in maintaining our communities and in enhancing our overall way of life, and I’m thankful we get to be part of powering and empowering your American dream. It’s exciting to think that Kubota is now on a path to make my father’s dream of self-driving tractors a reality. I’m personally focused on using technological advancements in all areas of our business from product development to creating new solutions for our customers. My goal is to help our dealers, our customers, and our communities navigate challenges and achieve more for today, for the next 50 years, and well beyond. It’s constant evolution and innovation that keep me and Kubota forward-looking and focused on working together to build a better future for us all.
