Glory is currently the HR Business Partner for the Audit function. She has been with KPMG Services Pte. Ltd. for the last 14 years. She was the lead for Talent Acquisition team in KPMG for 5 years. Prior to joining the HR department in 2011, Glory was the Head of People Management Leader in the Audit function. She was also the project manager for IFRS conversion initiatives in the Asia Pacific region for 2 years and an Audit Manager with 7 years of experience specialising in US GAAP audit and attestation work. Her background in Audit has equipped her with strong foundation to understand business functions and processes. She is also able to easily understand financials. Glory has been involved in Employee Relations activities throughout her career in KPMG and she has acquired working knowledge of talent acquisition, retention, change management and driving organizational effectiveness. Glory has the language and cultural skills to enable effective management across the region, while working across time zones. She is highly driven, inquisitive and strives to continuously improve. Her strong inter-personal and communication skills allow her to engage at all levels and positively influence key business decisions. She has strong leadership qualities and will stand up for what is right, in the face of adversity.
