I have successfully kept the culture alive at Knowbe4 after starting out with 100 employees in a local Clearwater office to over 800 employees today, with many international locations. My role is to keep employees happy, producing and with a feeling of accomplishment. My day to day goes from creating incentive programs to lavish themed holiday parties.
