Ana Stroud is a Marketing and Business Development Professional with over 20 years of experience providing leadership, strategic focus and knowledge to the pursuit of new project opportunities and marketing efforts for Kimley-Horn’s Development Services team. Her primary role includes following development trends as well as creating and implementing strategic growth plans targeting prospective clients who develop and/or design retail, healthcare, multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, data centers and office park developments. Ana also partners with Kimley-Horn’s Project Managers/Consultants with client relations and client strategies. Her strategies are results-driven and have proven to help drive increased market share for the teams that she supports across the firm. Ana often says that her goal is to connect people to people; people and projects; and finds it rewarding in helping others be successful. Professional Affiliations Ana is heavily involved with a number of real estate organizations including Urban Land Institute (including the North Texas Health Wellness and Life Science Product Council and Mentor to the 2021-2022 Mentorship Forum Class); The Real Estate Council (TREC); International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP); Women in Healthcare (including the North Texas Membership Committee); and Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP). Ana was a member of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council Class of 2007-2008 and served on ICSC’s Next Generation National Advisory Board from 2013-2017. Ana also enjoys serving her community as a Communities in the School Mentor and was a member of the Junior League of Dallas where she provided over 300 community service hours.
