Thomas Jung is currently Chief Product Expert, Product Management SAP HANA focusing on development and platform tools of HANA and HANA Application Services. From July 2011 - December 2011, I was an Area Package Owner in the Solution Assembly and Packaging organization of SAP. I was leading the development of User Interface related Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS) and Business All in One content. From 2006 - June 2011, I was an SAP NetWeaver Product/Solution Manager focusing on Custom Development - particularly in the areas of ABAP, Master Data Management APIs, User Interface technologies, and NetWeaver Voice. Before joining SAP Labs in 2006, Thomas was an applications developer for a SAP customer company. He was involved in SAP implementations at this customer as an ABAP Developer for nearly 10 years. He is also the co-author of the SAP Press Books, Advanced BSP Programming and Next Generation ABAP Development (1st and 2nd edition).
