HCM/HRMS/HRIS Strategic Planning: Aligns technology with business goals through the development and deployment of the HRIS Strategy including process and data analysis, requirements analysis, solution architecture, software and process implementation, resource management, budgeting, vendor relationship management, service level accountability, and product advisory councils. Technology Optimization: Maximizes current technology investments by identifying opportunities to eliminate manual processes, integrate systems and data, and adopt under-utilized features and functionality, delivered on-time and within budget, and adequately secured. M&A and Divestitures: Leads HR and HRIS analysis and integration during mergers and acquisitions, and the segregation of HR systems and data during divestitures. Internal Business Partner: Interacts comfortably with all leadership levels and technical/functional areas. Experience with the following internal leadership councils: Information Technology, Information Security, Human Resources, Records Management, Talent, Compliance, SIRP (Security Incident Response Plan).
