As COO of Kforce, Kye has led the successful turnaround of a mature operation, increasing the stock performance and profitable revenue growth. She pivoted to 85% technology-based business services, setting Kforce on a path towards 30% YoY growth Q3 2021. Kye partners with C-suite leaders across multiple verticals – Financial Services, Public Sector, Technology, Healthcare, and Communications – to align technology to business outcomes and drive digital and business transformations for 70% of Fortune 500 companies. Driven by a customer-focused approach to service delivery, she led the team that developed and implemented an acquisition and retention focused UX blueprint, resulting in the client being recognized as #1 in the 2021 J.D.
