With three decades of healthcare experience, I have worked in various capacities from bedside nurse, critical care and emergency nurse manager, healthcare trainer, product manager and sourcing/value analysis manager. My strengths reside in building relationships, networking and leading teams to reach established outcomes. I am a results oriented professional with the ability guide others toward setting and reaching goals utilizing methods that may not be in the mainstream. I have presented at national events on clinical topics, performance improvement, patient satisfaction and value analysis. I am active in Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals, holding a certification in value analysis (CVAHP) and having served as President of the organization.
