I have worked in health care administration since 2000. I have expertise in strategic planning, new business development, Lean Six Sigma, marketing strategy, and health care operations management. My work experience includes planning several major hospital construction projects, managed several outpatient centers, managed a large patient access department, managed a hospital process improvement department and managed a hospital marketing department. I am currently in charge of strategic planning, business development and marketing at the Adventist Health Central California Region. I have started and operated two small businesses: a for-sale-by-owner real estate business and an automated patient notification system business.
