As Chief Operating Officer and Administrator of Kennedy Krieger Institute, Inc. and all of its subsidiary corporations, Mr. Anders provides overall strategic, operational and financial management for this internationally recognized academic, research, healthcare and educational facility dedicated to serving children and young adults with developmental disabilities and spinal cord injuries. Serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Madison Group, Mr. Anders facilitates the for-profit activities of Kennedy Krieger Institute. His experience encompasses serving as Chairman of Chesapeake Rehab Equipment, Inc., a Mid-Atlantic rehab company and Chairman/Founder of Adaptive Equipment Systems. He helped establish the Marcus Institute in Atlanta, GA and was Chief Operating Officer of the Kennedy Krieger Marcus National Foundation, Inc. He has an MBA from the University of Baltimore, a BA from Loyola University and is also a CPA and a CGMA. In addition to Kennedy Krieger Institute, Mr. Anders serves on a number of local and national boards - both for-profit and non-profit. He is an active board member at National Senior Campuses. He is on the Executive Committee and is Treasurer of National Senior Campuses. He is Chairman of the Board of Riderwood Village and Oakcrest Village as well as Chairman of the National Senior Campuses Investment Trust Fund.
