I am a strategy and business development leader with emphasis on sustainable business growth. I have 20+ years of work experience in different business and functional roles in the global chemicals and machinery industries, including strategic business development, industrial marketing, application and product development, and sustainability. In my current role as the Director, Business Accelerator I lead the corporate program driving accelerated growth of selected existing businesses with untapped potential, as well as leading and coordinating efforts to grow new business areas. Other past key roles include the Head of marketing & application development for water treatment chemicals business, and the Head of corporate responsibility function. I hold an eMBA from the Helsinki School of Economics and a Master’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Oulu, Finland.
