Practice Leader, Carolinas Land Development Practice

A government change that began to unfold last year in the U.S., and economic and political turmoil elsewhere, did not curb spending on environmental needs pushed by global demographic trends and natural events.

I lead our Carolinas land development engineering practice from our offices in Rock Hill and Charlotte. I am a registered professional engineer in SC, NC, & TN with over 22 years of experience in the civil and environmental fields, including land development, hydrology & hydraulics, and solid waste containment systems. Prior to becoming a civil engineer, I spent five years on active duty as a P-3 flight engineer in the U.S. Navy. I retired from the US Army Reserve after more than 20 years of military service.
