A government change that began to unfold last year in the U.S., and economic and political turmoil elsewhere, did not curb spending on environmental needs pushed by global demographic trends and natural events.

I help internal and external clients navigate the firm to find what they need to make their jobs easier. My direct internal clients include the President, Executive Vice President, CEO, and several senior members of strategic management; supporting their scheduling, travel, meeting planning, etc. is my primary mission. I feel that working at this level of the company gives me the responsibility to serve the rest of the employee-owners, as well. My driving passions include continuing education and business development. An individual cannot grow without continuing to learn, and a business cannot grow without continuing to develop new leads - so I feel these two drivers are well-connected. I strive to continually extend my education and frequently share educational and certification opportunities with my peers in the administrative field. I am currently studying for an interdisciplinary MBA at Carey Business School, The Johns Hopkins University with an anticipated graduation date of December 2015. I sing blues, rock, and any other music that fancies me with any musicians who will allow me to perform with them, in particular some excellent musicians who also happen to be co-workers. My son Cameron is a Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering student at Rochester Institute of Technology and an amazing guitarist in his own right, and I am married to comic ventriloquist Tom Crowl (http://www.comedyventriloquist.com/).
