Biomolecular Researcher with expertise in the development of surface plasma resonance based assessments of protein-protein interactions, flow cytometric analyses, quantitative solid-phase binding assays, release assays for GLP derived drug substance, cell-based assays for determination of agonistic and antagonistic function, Western blots, bacteriophage-based screening for target binding domains, and bioanalyzer-based assessments of nucleic acids and proteins. Collectively, I have applied these skills to the discovery, optimization and preclinical development of a novel class of multi-specific antibodies called, ZybodiesSpecialties: Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western blotting, Cytotoxicity assays, Cell culture, Bioanalyzer, MALDI Mass Spectrometer, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Peptide sequencing and synthesis.Software: PRISM, Softmax Pro, BIAevaluation 4.0, C, C++, MATLAB. Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista, proficient with MS Office applications.
