4+ years Strategy/Consulting experience 3 years M&A / Business Development focus I am a Director of Development for Surgical Care Affiliates. In this role I am focused on strategic M&A opportunities for an organization dedicated to improving healthcare in America. My most exciting current work involves financial and strategic analysis of mid to large-size healthcare companies and alternative investment opportunities. I also help coordinate our corporate development outreach and lead SCA’s leadership development program for incoming analysts. Since joining as an analyst in the leadership development program, I have spent five years at SCA in various roles for the Development and Strategy teams. Within these roles I have been able to build my financial modeling and leadership skills leading to an accelerated level of promotion. I am particularly proud of my work developing a clinical performance tool that helped drive a decline in negative clinical events are at our centers and of my work building a company portfolio growth model that supported an enterprise shift in partnership targeting. I have seen tremendous personal and professional growth at my organization and I look forward to new opportunities to help me develop my skills and continue contributing to an organization like SCA.
